Just inside West Sussex, the Dukes Head has a commanding position on the roundabout where Snow Hill meets Turners Hill Road. Entering from the main entrance there is a bar area with comfortable seats in front and to the right, with a restaurant area to the left. The car park and roundabout were originally the village pond. Formerly a farmhouse, then a coaching inn, it is now a barn of a place. There is an emphasis on food with an extensive menu availablefrom 12-9:30 each day. Outside the restaurant area is a small area of decking which is reserved for diners, and there are some tables outside along the wall by the main entrance for drinkers.
