Former beer wholesaler Ray Welton started brewing in farm buildings at Rugge Farm, Wigmore Lane, Capel RH5 4LF in October 1995. Production was moved to larger premises in Dorking in summer 1997. A large number of brews were produced encompassing all strengths and styles of beer.
