Panther Inn

From the outside you cannot miss the Panther with its bright yellow exterior. Inside you will find a good, honest, welcoming street corner local with very laid-back staff. The clientele are mostly from the surrounding area and range from city types to plumbers there are no social boundaries here. Despite its relatively small size, there are three separate drinking areas, including one with a pool table, all served by the central bar. Sky Sports is available for those who want it, just ask the bar staff if the event you want is not showing. For the more cultured there is an art wall at the back end of the bar where every month or so a new local artist is exhibited, with the works available for sale on a commission free basis. The pub also hosts its own golf society, a darts team and pool teams. Outside is a patio garden. An over 21s policy is administered.
